Volunteers
Join HydroHarvest in growing a more sustainable and food-secure future. Our volunteers help build hydroponic grow buckets that empower families to grow their own produce using minimal space and water. Volunteers also take part in assembling and distributing these systems to households and community sites, spreading hands-on sustainability education along the way

Volunteer to Grow Seedlings
Help us kickstart the growing process! As a HydroHarvest Seedling Volunteer, you’ll nurture young plants from seed to sprout, preparing them to thrive in our hydroponic systems. We’ll provide all the materials you need, such as seeds, growing medium, fertilizer, a grow tray, and instructions.
Volunteers will care for the seedlings for a few weeks, then return them once they’re ready to be transferred into HydroHarvest grow buckets. Then, these seedlings will be given out in our hydroponic grow kits to families in need.
We welcome volunteers of all ages and volunteer experiences. Students can earn verified community service hours for their time and effort.

Volunteer to Build Hydroponic Buckets
Individuals experienced with power tools and drilling can volunteer to assemble our hydroponic buckets. Volunteers must have their own power tools and workspace. We welcome volunteers of all ages, as long as they are able to safely use a drill. Please reach out to hydroharvest.info@gmail.com if you are interested!
